Phoenix Z. Anshutz
Associate Attorney
Phoenix Anshutz is a lifelong Kansan who proudly calls Wichita home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Emporia State University in 2014 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2017.
Phoenix maintains a broad civil litigation practice focused on resolving disputes efficiently and effectively. His experience includes representing individuals and businesses in commercial and construction disputes, estate and trust litigation, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and education law matters, including appeals and proceedings before the Kansas State High School Activities Association.

He also has a strong background in government regulation and administrative law, including extensive experience with utility regulation. Phoenix provides clients with practical guidance through complex regulatory and compliance matters and has developed significant experience in municipal law through his service on his local city council, where he regularly advised on legal and policy issues.
In addition to his litigation and regulatory work, Phoenix provides comprehensive counsel in estate planning and business law. He assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, from drafting straightforward wills to structuring complex trusts, and advises businesses on formation, contracts, and operational compliance. His holistic approach ensures that both individuals and organizations receive practical and effective legal solutions.
