Lucy C. Hesse
Associate Attorney
Lucy C. Hesse received a Bachelor’s Degree from Washburn University in Business Administration, magna cum laude, with School of Business and University Honors. She is a graduate of the Washburn School of Law. While in law school, Hesse was a staff writer for the Washburn Law Journal. She was also active in the Pro Bono Society, and the Washburn Small Business and Nonprofit Transactional Law clinic.
After law school, Ms. Hesse moved to Wichita. Since that time, she’s taken on a variety of cases for a multitude of clients in South-Central Kansas, in the areas of criminal defense, family and domestic litigation. Ms. Hesse is also trained in collaborative divorce practice. Ms. Hesse’s multifaceted, client centered, legal practice has fostered a creative mindset in addressing her clients’ legal issues. She looks forward to carrying that experience forward with Penner Lowe.
Hesse is licensed to practice in States of Kansas, Missouri, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She joined the Penner Lowe Law Group in 2024. While away from the office, Ms. Hesse enjoys spending her time with her family, learning Spanish, and cooking.
