Jeffrey N. Lowe received his doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. from Southwestern College. Professionally, Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association including several sub-committees, Kansas Association for Justice, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in the Kansas District Courts and the United States District Court - District of Kansas. Jeff has been repeatedly chosen by his peers as a top attorney as evidenced by his repeated "Rising Star" and "Super Lawyer" designations in KC Magazine’s Super Lawyers, and he carries an “A-V” rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, evidencing a very high level of professional excellence. Jeff has also been repeatedly chosen to be included in the prestigious "Best Lawyers" publications in the areas of Family Law and Family Mediation.

In 2020 and 2024, “Best Lawyers” named Jeff “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of Family Law for Wichita, Kansas. Additionally, Jeff is an author and contributor to the Kansas Bar Association Family Law Handbook, as well as a frequent lecturer for the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Chapter of the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers, and other organizations. Jeff has successfully achieved Board Certification as a family law trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, one of the highest, most stringent and most reliable honor an attorney can receive. Approximately three percent of American lawyers have earned board certification. Although Jeff focuses his practice in the areas of family law and civil litigation, he also practices in several other areas as outlined below.
