Penner Lowe announces addition of Ima-Fabiola O. Odeyemi, Associate Attorney to the firm.




Ima-Fabiola Odeyemi grew up in Miramar, Florida. She moved to Kansas in 2020 and has enjoyed becoming part of the Wichita community. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology in 2010 from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude. Ima received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013. While at Florida Coastal, she served as President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and worked as a legal intern for the Immigrant Rights Clinic. After law school, Ima worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida for the Fifth Judicial District in Marion County. There she prosecuted criminal cases related to drugs, theft, DUI and domestic violence. As a prosecutor, Ima was able to develop her trial and litigation skills. She also worked as a Criminal Investigator for the Unemployment Insurance Division for the State of Colorado identifying criminal activity such as identity theft and fraud within the division.


Ima is bilingual and provides representation to both English and Spanish speaking clients. Her practice areas include Criminal Defense and Immigration Law. As a first generation American of immigrant parents, Ima has a passion for immigration law and strives to represent every client with quality and integrity. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Kansas and joined Penner Lowe Law Group in June 2022. In her spare time, Ima enjoys cooking, entertaining and spending time with her family.
