Matthew K. Mantyla is an associate attorney at Penner Lowe Law Group, where he provides dedicated representation in family law and criminal defense matters.  Since 2018, Matthew has been helping clients navigate complex and often emotional legal challenges with clarity, compassion, and strong advocacy.

 

A lifelong resident of Wichita, Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2018.  Prior to law school, he was a manufacturer's sales representative, engaging in business-to-business sales with decision makers.  During law school, he honed his courtroom skills as a member of the American Association for Justice Trial Team, gaining practical experience in trial strategy and advocacy.

 

Since graduating, Matthew has concentrated his practice on litigation and appellate work, representing clients in all facets of family law which includes divorce cases with complicated financial and/or custody aspects.  He joined Penner Lowe Law Group in 2025 and now primarily focuses on family law, including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, and guardianships/conservatorships, but also represents clients in criminal defense, including Protection from Abuse/ Stalking and appeals.
